Isaac Quinn arrived at Carlisle Indian School on January 8, 1907. While Quinn was at Carlisle Indian School he was presented with a free scholarship to the Philadelphia School of Industrial Art which he attended off and on until leaving Carlisle in September 30, 1910. In a follow up report Quin had started working at a barn in Peever, South Dakota shortly after leaving Carlisle. Isaac would then settle in Peever, South Dakota some time in the year 1913.
