Chauncey Archiquette arrived at the Carlisle Indian School on September 21, 1890 and would graduate from the school on March 6, 1899. The school’s followup report shows that Chauncey attended the Haskell Institute in Lawrence, Kansas in 1902. Then was a assistant clerk at the Carlisle Indian School in Carlisle, Pa in 1905 and 1906. He would also work as a clerk in Pawhuska, Oklahoma from 1907 to 1911.
