Blue Jacket, Jessie

Jessie Blue Jacket arrived at the Carlisle Indian School on October 11, 1893 and would leave the school on October 8, 1896.  The schools follow up report shows that Jessie married W.A. Robbins and was a housewife in Tulsa, Oklahoma in 1911.
