William Corbett arrived at the Carlisle Indian School on September 24, 1902 and would leave the school on March 14, 1909. The schools followup report showed that Corbett was living in Kooskia, Idaho in 1913. Also he married fellow student Elizabeth La France (also known as Lizzie Day).
