Lookout, Fred

Fred Lookout from the Osage territory arrived at Carlisle Indian School in the winter of 1881 and leaving on June of 1884.  Fred and another student, by the name of  Julia Pryor, married and lived in Pawhuska OK.  Fred was a member of the Osage Council from 1908-1910, and also became assistant chief of his tribe.
