Powlas, Josiah

Josiah Powlas arrived at the Carlisle Indian School on September 30, 1885 and graduated on July 3, 1892.  The schools follow up report shows that he married Electa Schanandore and was living in Oneida, Wisconsin in 1913.  He would also live in West DePere, Wisconsin in 1914.
