Riggs, Summer Stacy

Summer Stacy Riggs arrived at the Carlisle Indian School on September 6, 1880 and would leave the school on December 4, 1884.  After leaving, a report had shown that he was working as a farmer in Fay, Oklahoma from 1910 to 1913.
