Jacob Skenandore arrived at the Carlisle Indian School on November 5, 1915 and would leave the school on October 19, 1916. While on an outing program, Jacob would run away from the house he was at. He would show up back at the Carlisle Indian School requesting to head home to which the school honored this request. The schools follow up reports show that he was living in Oneida, Wisconsin in 1917.
