Clarence Three Stars (Sioux) worked with Luther Standing Bear at Wanamaker’s store in Philadelphia, then ran away, married Jenny Dubray, taught at the Pine Ridge Indian School 1910, and by 1913 was living in Martin SD working as state’s attorney for Bennett County.
