Enrique (Henrique) Urrutia arrived at the Carlisle Indian School on April 23, 1901 and would leave the school on April 15, 1905. The schools follow up report shows that Enrique returned to Puerto Rico and worked for the U.S. Navy and Second Lieutenant in the Puerto Rico Regiment of the U.S. Infantry, U.S. Army stationed in San Juan, Puerto Rico in 1915.
