Celicia Wheelock arrived at the Carlisle Indian School on March 23, 1888 and would leave the school on January 16, 1893. The schools follow up report showed that Celicia married William Horse. Then the report showed that she was a housekeeper in Oneida, Wisconsin in 1910. She would also work as a laundress in Ignacio, Colorado in 1912.
