Wheelock, Dennison

Dennison Wheelock arrived at the Carlisle Indian School on September 30, 1885 and would graduate from the school in 1890 but would leave the school on July 6, 1892.  The schools report shows that Dennison attended Dickinson College and the band leader at the Carlisle Indian School.  Was a disciplinarian at Flandreau Indian School, a band leader at the Haskell Institute.  Dennison became a real estate agent and lawyer in West DePere, Wisconsin in 1909 and 1911.  Also he was a member of the Society of American Indians and was part of the group that would met with Woodrow Wilson in 1915.
